In other words, we take pride in what we make and how we share it. Even though we’ve grown a lot over the years, our mission is still the same: Always the best food, made especially for you.
All of our restaurants handle Wheat flour and Sesame seeds, and despite our best efforts and the precautions taken by our restaurants to avoid allergen cross contact, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that our products are free from any allergen that we handle in the restaurant.
As part of our quality commitment and in order to allow all of our customers to make informed food choices, we encourage our customers to review our full ingredient listings for all of the items in our restaurants. This list includes the declaration, where present, of the ten priority food allergens in Canada [eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, seafood [including fish, crustaceans and shellfish], sulphites, sesame, soya, tree nuts, and wheat (Gluten).

Does your pizza contain peanuts or peanut oil?
The allergen & ingredient lists are available on our website. None of the foods on the menu contain peanuts or nuts. Pizza 73 is unable to provide a guarantee of 100% peanut-free as Pizza 73 products may have come into contact with possible allergens.
Is there egg in your pizzas?
Our dough, tomato sauce and cheese do not contain any egg product; however, we do have sauces such as Buffalo Blue Cheese that do contain egg. We recommend that you review our allergen section that discloses all allergens contained in our products. It is available under our “Nutrition” section.
Does your pepperoni contain gluten?
No, our Pepperoni does not include Gluten.
