Founded in 1985, Pizza 73 is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta and presently operates over 86 locations in 20 Western Canadian cities. Pizza 73 is not a franchise, but rather each location is a 50/50 joint venture between an independent operating partner and Pizza 73.

Pizza 73 is actively searching for development opportunities in Edmonton, Calgary and surrounding areas, as well as cities / towns in Western Canada with populations exceeding 20K. We seek locations that provide easy ingress/egress, are near traffic lights (left turn-in, left turn-out preferred) and provide convenient and ample adjacent parking.
Basic site requirements (include, but are not limited to):
- 1,110 to 1,300 square feet with a minimum of 20′ of frontage
- End-cap or multi-tenant strip plaza preferred
- Excellent visibility to main roads w/ good signage opportunities (including pylon)
- Easy access at peak hours from thoroughfare
- Convenient and available parking for customers, delivery drivers & employees (primarily evenings).
Other site requirements:
- Smooth trowelled concrete floor
- Storefront glass and entrance
- 7.5 ton HVAC, undistributed
- Fire-rated demising walls, ready for paint
- Rear access door
- Under Slab rough-in for washrooms
- 200 amp electrical service to panel at rear of premises
